What to email about
- Corrections. If something on a guide is wrong — a stale price, a missing limit, a feature that was renamed — send the page URL and what should change. Most corrections are live within 48 hours.
- Guide requests. Tell us what ClickUp question you wish a guide answered. We track requests and prioritize the ones that come up more than once.
- Reader questions about setup. We answer pointed, specific questions when we can. We do not run consulting engagements through email — for that, hire a ClickUp Verified Consultant.
- Partnership questions. If you represent a tool that competes with or complements ClickUp and want to discuss coverage, write — but please read the editorial standards first. We do not accept paid placements.
What we cannot help with
- ClickUp account or billing problems — those go to ClickUp's own support team at help.clickup.com.
- Custom workspace setup or templates for a fee — we are an editorial site, not a consultancy.
- Recommending a single tool for your team without context — most guides on this site frame the choice for you to make; "should we use ClickUp" depends on details only you have.
Response times
Specific questions usually get a reply within 1-3 business days. Vague messages tend not to, simply because the right answer needs more context than the message provides. The more specific the question, the faster the reply.
